Love this place! Amazing staff and accomodations. Came with a friend and stayed in a large suite with 2 queen beds - extremely comfy and warm. We only used the mini split to heat up the room early in the winter mornings while getting ready. The standard queen rooms are little individual pods and perfect for couples. Our room booking came with an incredible breakfast served in the lobby restaurant every morning. No point in going anywhere else. Gorgeous spaces and architecture. Contemporary brutalist meets rustic eclectic style which blended concrete and iron with colorful tile, handcrafted, authentic Mexican decor and local flora. It's luxurious and interesting without feeling stuffy and overly polished. Everything was maintained and clean but exposed pipes and industrial touches created a rustic feeling. It really fits in with the environment of the Valle. If you want something that feels like a shiny new Marriott, then go to a corporate hotel (el Cielo). But if you want unique, Bohemian, artsy, and authentic then definitely stay here! Service was wonderful and we were able to notify the front desk via WhatsApp anytime we wanted the giant jacuzzi heated up for us. They would get everything ready in advance! During winter you might need to run the shower and sink for a while to get warm water but that is totally normal in this region. This is a relatively remote desert climate so water and energy are scarce and should be preserved. Seriously, they need it for the wine! Really nice toiletries as well as robes and slippers to use during your stay. Lush towels and bedding. The room has a small mini fridge with a few for purchase items which you can use for your personal drinks. They include complimentary bottled water as well as mini mezcal bottle by Los Amantes, the Oaxacan brand that owns the hotel. Extremely secure with a gated entrance. Plentiful parking. The hotel also coordinated a driver for us which is highly recommended in this area if you're visiting wineries. This was an extremely economic option compared to any driver I have hired in this area before. I will definitely be returning to this hotel with my boyfriend and other groups.

My partner booked this place as a surprise and it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff at Hotel Los Amantes were very welcoming, making our stay such a personal and intimate experience. The grounds were beautiful and resided within a perfect nature landscape. We had a great time exploring the space and utilizing the many amenities offered. The hotel is within close proximity to all the beauty Valle de Guadalupe offers. The rooms were clean and unique. Our stay ended with a delicious and authentic Mexican breakfast which was included with our booking. I would highly recommend booking your next stay here.

I had a wonderful stay at Los Amantes. The prices were very fair vs. the rest of Valle de Guadalupe and the place is beautiful. We stayed at one of the little houses with two beds (great mattresses, by the way). There is a swimming lane and a huge jacuzzi, which we enjoyed a lot. Our stay included breakfast (fruit, coffee and another item from the menu, where I chose chilaquiles). As the place is owned by the Amantes conglomerate, you get a complimentary bottle of mezcal, along with a hangover kit and other stuff. I would definitely come back and stay here.

We can’t say enough about this hotel. The service for our large group was amazing. We were a group of 16. There was a small issue in one room and they didnt hesitate to move us to another room to make it more comfortable. The Mezcal and food was awesome! The breakfast was authentic and fresh. Hotel and decor was so “Instagramable”. The additional services we needed were coordinated by the front desk. I would highly recommend it. Only issue/ thing is that more trash cans were needed and mini fridge didn’t close correctly.

Rooms are cold during winter, zero insulation, concrete floor and walls. Exposed plumbing. You get the picture. Views from rooms are nothing special.
