1. Cancellations
Cancellations without penalty must be made before the start of the check-in day. For example:

Early check-out or no show will result in a penalty of 100%of the total reservation. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.
3. Reservation Modification
Non-Refundablereservations do not allow changes to dates or names. Extending your reservation means that the original policies and restrictions will remain in place. Exceptions may be considered with prior authorization from the hotel.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for late check-in or early check-out. For flexible bookings with partial or full refunds for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10 business daysafter the corresponding request and confirmation.
5. Important Information
By making your reservation, you agree that transaction feesand associated service fees are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation of your reservation, these costs will not be refunded, as they correspond to the services processed at the time of confirmation.
1. Natural Disaster
A return certificatewill be issued, valid for unused nights, within 1 calendar year. This certificate is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and is subject to availability and restrictions.
2. Natural Disaster Alert
There will be no penalty for date changes until 72 hours after the alert is issued.
3. No Shows
There will be no penalty from the time the alert is issued until 5 days after the hotel resumes normal operations.
4. Early Check-Out
Early check-out will not incur any penalties, and the guest will receive a certificatefor unused nights, valid for 1 year.
5. Rescheduling
The original fare will be guaranteed for travel within one year of the original booking date. Rescheduling must be within 30 days of the natural disaster, with applicable seasonal restrictions.
